Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and power cords are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the equipment.
